Johann is a PhD level behavioural scientist who has pioneered the use of behaviour change science in commercial environments. He is considered a thought-leader, with a unique lens on how to translate hard science into customer, commercial and social outcomes.

Johann co-founded Decision Design with the principal aim of translating hard science into practical, commercially implementable interventions to create customer, social and business impact. 

Whilst being the direct opposite of an academic, Johann is a PhD-qualified behavioural scientist.  He didn't just read a book, he has done the science, and proven its efficacy to supercharge growth, leading its use in ASX 20 and Fortune 100s.



 

Johann has depth, hands-on expertise across the breath of commercial sectors – and is an active advisor to c-suite leadership teams.

Qualifications

Johann holds an Adjunct Associate Professorship in Psychology at Deakin University, which enables him to keep the latest breakthroughs in behavioural science at his fingertips for commercial and social application.
